Background: I don’t know how Creighton continues to find ball players that people wish they recruited. Bryce is another one, as he was a kid from Maryland that couldn’t be kept in-state, and so he goes to Creighton and tears the scene up! Scored 21 pts from the 3pt line ALONE giving him a career-high of 42 pts against a front-running Michigan team in last year's tourney, which definitely upped his stock. When asked about why he didn’t stay in Maryland and why people underestimate him, he said, “I didn’t go to UMD because I wasn’t even invited to the camps by the coaches until my senior year, so when they finally wanted me, I was over them. And I guess people underestimate me because I look like a Football player.” He has a fire about him and I like it!

Scouting Report:

Athleticism: He isn’t a long 6’7" or a fast one at that, which won’t hurt him on offense as much as the other side of the ball, but really no athleticism to speak of.

Offense: Kid can fill it up, to be honest. I don’t know how he does it but he is a great shooter coming off picks and as soon as he catches the ball, if you are not in his face, it's SPLASH time. I love his game on this side of the ball.

Defense: Above average defender. Really good against slower SG and SF, but how many “slow” players are at that position in this league? If he improves his foot speed, he could become a strong defender for years to come.

IT Factor: No - I only say no because at his position, its going to be hard to keep up with the pace of the NBA. But that’s the ONLY reason I don’t see this guy being elite or IT!
