The Small Forward position features arguably the two best players in the draft this year. One of them is the 19-year-old phenom from Russia, Igor Titov. Titov dominated the Nike Hoops Summit last year, scoring 37 points to break Shabazz Muhammed's scoring record at the competition. And really, that's what sums Titov's game up the best: score. Titov specializes in putting the ball in the basket, and man, is he good at it. Titov played in the VTB league for 2 years until declaring that he would enter the NBA Draft at the age of 19 years old. At 6'8", 220 pounds, Titov is a fully-grown man. He uses his size to score over top of smaller defenders with ease. Though he's definitely not a good rebounder, with his size, he has plenty of room to improve his rebounding numbers. Defensively he has potential, mostly due to his size. However, he's surprising quick for his 6'8" frame. Titov might be going off the board first in the draft.

Season Averages (VTB League): 16.5 PPG, 4.7 RPG, 54.4% FG, 40.0% 3PT Physical Attributes: 6'8", 220 lbs, 19 years old

The other Small Forward that's been garnering a lot of attention is the standout forward from Michigan State, Jordan Webster. Webster was a Sophomore this season and the National Player of the Year. Though he failed to lead MSU to a National Title, Webster was overall fairly proud of his accomplishments this season: "I certainly won't look at this year as a failure at all. We made it to the Final Four, I won the Player of the Year, and now I'm going to be one of the top draft picks in the draft this year. I think this year is a success, to me anyway."Although he's a bit arrogant, Webster certainly has plenty of talent to back up his talk. He's an offensive machine when he's driving to the hoop, and on defense he was one of the top perimeter defenders in the nation as well. Though he may rely on his athleticism a little too much and his jumper not enough, Webster has the talent and potential to be an All-Star in this league.
